ਆਸਲ ਉਤਾੜاصل اُتاڑ دی لڑائی

Tank battle of the 1965 India–Pakistan war near Khem Karan.

Asal Uttar is a village in Tarn Taran district near Khem Karan, close to the Pakistan border.

In September 1965 one of the largest tank battles since the Second World War was fought here; Pakistani Patton tanks were trapped in flooded fields and destroyed.
